We stayed for seven nights and really liked the room. The bed and sheets were very comfortable, the room felt relaxing, and the bathroom was lovely. Breakfast was delicious, with friendly, attentive staff. Angelo helped us when we arrived, gave us a map of Palermo, and took time to explain how to get downtown from the hotel. There was one bad experience in the breakfast room. A guest had a loud business meeting with two colleagues who weren't staying at the hotel. They acted as if the room were their office, and spoke so loudly that we couldn't hear each other. I asked them to quiet down so everyone could enjoy a peaceful breakfast, but they didn't even apologize. It would be good to limit loud phone calls and prevent this kind of rude behavior. We all have rights, but should be respectful of others. Thank you.

Breakfast was plentiful and delicious, and the hotel has a charming feel. My room was nicely designed, with a comfortable bed that made for a great night's sleep. The bathroom was modern and spotless, with a strong hot shower. I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Principe di Villafranca and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Palermo.

The room was quite small, and the window looked straight into the neighbors' apartments. They were so close it almost felt like I could join them in their kitchen. Breakfast was good and the staff were friendly overall, but the reception felt quite cold when we arrived. The female receptionist especially could have been more welcoming and smiled more.

I've been here for a week, and breakfast has been good every day. The front desk team are incredibly helpful, especially Monica. I highly recommend this hotel.

My room's WiFi never worked. I brought it up with reception several times, but nothing got fixed, and what they told me wasn't helpful. That was a real inconvenience since I was traveling with only mobile data, and I'm still sitting in my room flabbergasted about it. The rest of the hotel was pleasant: a tidy, clean, modern room, a nicely decorated lobby, good breakfast, and very helpful staff. It's a real drawback in an otherwise well-presented place.
