The breakfast on the terrace was the highlight of our stay at Residenza Normanna. Our group had two people who needed gluten-free food and one who needed lactose-free food, and the host went above and beyond to help. Each morning he brought gluten-free chocolate croissants, fresh rolls, ham, and cheese plaits. They were the best gluten-free pastries I’ve ever tasted! The staff were so friendly, and the host helped us find a reasonably priced taxi and was glad to share bus information. The location is really convenient, just two minutes from Porta nuova, the palazzo, etc. We could walk everywhere. We had a fabulous stay and can highly recommend Normanna!

Giuseppe and Maria Felice were wonderful hosts, and Luana, their friend who helps with breakfast, makes the best cappuccino. Their tips and recommendations were very helpful and made our Sicilian trip better. The room was spacious, spotless, and tastefully decorated, with firm, very comfortable pillows and bed. Breakfast had a great choice of sweet and savoury foods, and eating out on the terrace was a perfect start to each day. The B&B is a short walk from the centre, and there’s free parking next to it. I’d definitely stay at Residenza Normanna again if I return to Palermo.

Giovanni and Maria Felice, along with the rest of the staff, were always lovely and ready with tips on places to see nearby. We stayed three nights, just a short walk from the city center. The B&B felt welcoming and was kept very clean. Our room was roomy and had everything we needed, and breakfast offered plenty of choice with fresh, good-quality food.
