The place has a nice interior design, and the smart TV is a plus. It’s newly opened, which is why there are very few ratings so far. The location is great, close to the center, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The room can feel cold and a bit humid, and it isn’t very soundproof, but there is air conditioning.

Marco, the manager, was kind, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. The rooms are modern, well equipped, spotless, and comfortable. It’s centrally located between Politeama and Teatro Massimo, close to everything but tucked away from the busy streets. A great B&B. I’ll definitely come back next time and highly recommend it.

The host was easy to communicate with and recommended authentic places for lunch and street food. We really enjoyed Palermo, and staying here made the holiday feel perfect. I liked having the freedom to wake up whenever we wanted instead of following a traditional B&B routine, with housekeeping every two nights. Our sixth-floor room, Room 604, had an elevator, balcony, and large TV. The bed was one of the most comfortable I’ve slept in. The bright, spacious rooms have a minimalist contemporary look and sit between Teatro Massimo and Politeama, handy for the airport bus stop. In our room there was a kettle, coffee maker, and a quiet, modern mini-fridge. The bathroom was beautiful, with natural light and ventilation, and lovely scented toiletries. Thank you!
