Dammusi Le due Cale

Irene at the desk went out of her way to help us all day, and the owners, Lorenzo & Cesare, made the stay feel special. We loved it so much that this will be our regular place whenever we come to pantelleria. The whole place really is a dream. 10/10.

The setting is stunning, and I didn’t want to leave. The infinity pool and its sea views are amazing, and the photos don’t really show how beautiful it is. I stayed in a small Dammuso with a sea view, which was lovely to sit and look at. The resort is quite isolated and far from the center, though, with nothing nearby apart from the hotel restaurant, so a car is a must. My room felt a bit bare. I would’ve liked coffee or tea equipment so I could enjoy a drink while watching the sunrise from the terrace. Places like this that I’ve stayed at in other countries often provide tea and coffee supplies, sometimes a bottle of wine, and maps of hiking trails or suggestions for easy independent activities. Here, they could at least provide contact details for local tour guides. The staff I met were friendly, and Paolo went out of his way to help me arrange a few activities. Thanks again!

We spent a week here on our honeymoon. The view from the resort is incredible, with memorable dawns over the coast, and our room was large and clean. Breakfast food was very good, but the service was disorganized. Several waiters would handle the same table, so orders were late or forgotten altogether on multiple days. Service from the hotel in general didn’t feel very customer-oriented. Our room wasn’t cleaned on the first day; when we pointed it out, they didn’t do anything to make up for it. A place with great potential, but the experience had its ups and downs.

We were unlucky with the weather, but still had a lovely mini break thanks to the Pantelleria Dream Resort. The restaurant dinner is well worth recommending, too. Every staff member was attentive, friendly, and extremely kind. We’ve already booked another visit!
