If you want a quieter room, ask for one away from the pool. We heard the disco every night, but it didn’t bother us because our little one slept right through it. The hotel is directly on the beach, and the staff were so friendly, especially with children. There’s an Italian baby club and baby dance at 21.30 every night. The food was excellent, with lots to choose from, including fresh fish, meat, vegetables, fruit, and homemade pizza from the oven. We loved our stay and would like to come back. The beach was a highlight: it’s spacious and clean, with enough room for everyone even when the hotel is full. The first row of sunbeds was meant to cost extra, but nobody charged us. The sea gets deep quickly and has small pebbles, which might not suit every child. Rooms were clean, comfortable enough, and nothing fancy. The main pool is worth knowing about in advance: at least two-thirds of it is quite deep. That’s fine for adults, but kids mostly end up in the kiddie pool or a small shallow section. The place is popular with locals, so it’s always busy and lively. There’s no way to buy anything in the resort, which means relying on hotel services if you don’t have a car. There’s loud music and entertainment through the day and late into the night, apart from a couple of quiet hours during the after-lunch siesta. Takeaway food packages were also difficult to arrange, though they’re supposed to be available. Wi-Fi barely worked, and the air conditioning was inconsistent: in some rooms it didn’t work at all, while in others it kept switching on and off, leaving you either cold or too hot. Reception was a challenge too, since most staff don’t speak English. They were friendly and helpful, though the language barrier was real. All-inclusive covered main meals and drinks, but no daytime snacks. There was plenty of food, with lots of variety and fish. Drinks included local alcohol, not only wine and beer, plus coffee. You have to mix drinks yourself, and alcohol is served only after 1 PM. The stay was nice mainly because of the beach and friendly staff. If you need quiet or top-notch service, you could be disappointed, but with a few downsides in mind, you can still have a good time.

I don’t think there’s a worse resort. The food was horrible and the service terrible. The waiters didn’t really seem like waiters. Maybe it could work for a big family, but only if they want to spend a lot.
