Newly renovated, comfortable, and clean, with memory foam beds and pillows that were ace. The staff were super friendly. They even came along with an umbrella to show me the way! Great value for money. Thanks Luciano and Gianluca, I'll definitely be back.

It's a quiet, welcoming guest house that's well looked after, and would suit either a short or longer stay. My room was spotless, tastefully furnished, and had all the comforts I needed. I really enjoyed staying here.

My mini suite was beautiful and spotless, with a very comfortable bed and a small terrace with loungers. The bathroom was compact but comfortable, and the shower was in a separate room. Breakfast was arranged at a bar two minutes away, with plenty of food and drink to choose from. The owner was kind and helpful. The property is a five-minute walk from Parma train station and 15 minutes on foot from the city center, so it works well for business trips as well as sightseeing.
