The kitchen had most of what we needed, including a dishwasher and washing machine, though we did miss having utensils and a microwave. We spent four nights in this comfortable, modern one-bedroom apartment on the edge of Parma's old town. Piazza Garibaldi is a short walk away, with plenty of shops and places to eat nearby, plus a very good Conad City about 100 metres from the door. The ground-floor place has an open-plan kitchen and living area with a flat-screen TV, a comfortable double bed, and a modern bathroom with a rain shower. The furnishings and fittings are high quality, and even the couch was comfortable.

Modern comforts and historic surroundings come together beautifully here. The air conditioning and thoughtful little touches made the stay feel special, and everything was easy to reach nearby. I had a wonderful time and highly recommend it.
