I had a terrible experience here. The room smelled strongly of mildew and felt impossible to stay in. Even a short time inside made it hard to breathe, and the spare blankets smelled bad, though it was cold. Late at night I had to return the key and find another hotel, getting there in the early hours. It took over two hours just to get into the room, after the host repeatedly hung up on customers trying to get the address. I ended up asking Italians nearby for help. My complaints to the platform got no response. Today the host even claimed I hadn't made the bed [sniffling] and hadn't paid the city tax. Booking should remove this awful listing. How can Italians lie so brazenly?
