I had a confirmed reservation, but arrived to find the hotel shut for maintenance. Nobody had warned me, so I had to find somewhere else to sleep at the last minute, and it sadly spoiled my trip. I felt there was no respect for the customer. Be careful with this place. I'm sharing what happened so others don't get caught in the same situation.

The large rooms didn't make up for the flies and mosquitoes around the area, which made it difficult to sleep. I could also hear a lot of noise from the nearby highway. Breakfast could use improvement. Not the best stay.

The food was simple but good. My room was clean, and the firm mattress had me sleeping like a baby. It’s a large hotel. One small inconvenience was that I couldn’t keep a bar tap running.

4/10
The staff were nice, friendly, and polite, though about half of them don't speak English. The place feels dated, and you can hear everything through the walls. There isn't even an iron, and if you want your clothes tidied up after unpacking, you have to pay for it. I wasn't impressed and wouldn't recommend it.

10/10
We enjoyed everything at this restaurant. The food was delicious, and the staff were friendly. The rooms were always clean, and the bed linen was changed on time. There were smiles and good cleanliness everywhere.
