⭐ I would have given it zero stars if I could. I got married on September 6, 2025, and chose this property for my friends to stay, expecting it to be a good choice. Sadly, it wasn't. The day after the wedding, several guests messaged me about upsetting experiences. Some were accused of dirtying a double bed, even though they hadn't had time to lie down. One friend couldn't sleep all night because of constant traffic in the hallways, and someone even tried to open her room door, which scared her terribly. I wanted my out-of-town guests to feel comfortable in my city, but that didn't happen. I would never recommend this property.

This was my third stay, and everything was fine. The parking on site is convenient and secure. The place was clean, and the staff were courteous and helpful.

The rooms are nice, and the hotel is elegant, with internal parking and a bar. Prices are average. The gentleman I saw at reception in the evening was friendly and polite, but I think the girl should work on being more welcoming and polite. That snobbish air could drive customers away. Try to be more natural! The bidet in our bathroom was literally coming away from the tiles, so watch out, it could tip over. The toilet leaked too. And the hairdryer? There was a note saying, "Ask reception to use the hairdryer." That's absurd! It was annoying hearing the rush of water while trying to sleep. Overall, it’s a nice, elegant hotel.

We had a really good time here for a wedding, and the staff were very kind. Breakfast was excellent and plentiful. We’ll definitely be back.
