The owners are such lovely people. Felon was friendly and helpful right away, and kind and attentive whenever guests need anything. The price was excellent, too. The location is great, just steps from the lakefront, and the room was beautiful and spacious, with AC, a TV, and all the comforts for a pleasant stay. We’ll definitely return if we get the chance.

The owners are willing to help, but they seem very inexperienced. The bathroom is outside the room, and those stairs are no small thing, especially with that setup. There’s no TV, closet, luggage rack, or complimentary shower gel. Breakfast was baked. One more thing: if the quoted price already includes taxes and fees, it isn’t fair to raise it at check-in just because the tourist tax has gone up. This is a vote of encouragement, but there’s still a long way to go.

The place itself was quiet and clean, and Passignano was very nice. But our room was on the first floor while the bathroom was on the second, which was uncomfortable, and one sheet had holes in it. Breakfast meant a cappuccino and croissant at a nearby bakery where seating is only outside, not very comfortable at 8:00 AM.

We could only stay one night, which was a shame, because it’s a truly beautiful place. The atmosphere is welcoming, the location is great, and the owner was very helpful. We’ll be back!
