Breakfast was fantastic, and Giuseppe, his mother, and Pippo made us feel so welcome with their thoughtful, kind care. The estate is a lovely base for exploring Franciacorta, set in Passirano. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and spotless. Though the building is old, it has everything needed to relax away from the city's hectic pace. There's a lovely garden, a courtyard relaxation area, and a big green space where the animals are lovingly looked after. We'd happily come back. Thanks so much for having us!

Guests can enjoy the large green spaces, and parking is either on site or about 50 meters away. The B&B itself is quiet, clean, and orderly. Giuseppe is courteous and always ready to help. Breakfast is sweet, but there's plenty of it. I'd definitely recommend staying here.

We only got to stay one night, but I'd come back every day if I could. The place is welcoming and really clean, and breakfast was great. Giuseppe, the owner, is a wonderful person. Hope we can return soon. A hug, Daniela and Antonio 😊

The owner is friendly, and the place is clean and pleasant. It's simple and tidy, which suited us well. Families with children might enjoy the few animals there, who are welcome too. It's very near the highway and Villa Fassati. Recommended!
