The apartment was dirty, with a damp smell and dirty bedding and towels. Rest was impossible. Every morning from 7 to 9, supplies were unloaded from the supermarket next door onto a boat using a crane parked in front of the windows. None of the windows closed properly. HORRIBLE. We rented for 12 people, but the apartment wasn’t ready: there were too few dishes, not enough toilet paper, and no tables or chairs. The owner didn’t care and said we were exaggerating. My advice is to avoid this property. The prices are extremely high for the few amenities, and it feels like a complete rip-off.
