The shower kept getting very hot every 20-30 seconds, then settling back to the temperature we’d set. Aside from that, this was a beautiful hotel with all the amenities we could hope for. It’s right by public transport on a main road lined with shops. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the included breakfast bar was the best I’ve experienced.

The hotel is clean and pleasant, and the lobby music was decent, but the staff seemed disorganized. While my do not disturb sign was on the door, an employee came in without knocking. They saw I was there and hurried out without apologizing, which I really didn’t appreciate. Later, they called to say my reservation ended that day, even though I’d booked three more nights. I was on a work call and said my travel agent would handle it, but they wouldn’t let me end the conversation. The agency sorted it quickly; it turned out to be an error in the hotel system. The whole thing was handled poorly, and communication left a lot to be desired. I hope they can get this figured out.

I stayed for one night and found the hotel modern, lovely, and very clean. The room was comfortable, with good air conditioning and some extra luxuries. I also enjoyed dinner in the hotel restaurant. The staff were professional, and I’d recommend staying here.

Our Premium Room had a beautiful view of the water, and the whole hotel felt stylish and super clean. Breakfast was varied, tasted great, and the food was fresh and refilled quickly. Staff were welcoming and service was quick, which made for a really lovely stay. The one inconvenience was the central heating, which we couldn’t control from the room. It sometimes got quite hot, though overall it didn’t bother us too much. I can definitely recommend it :)
