Fernando was so helpful while we were there, and we really appreciated his service. The apartment is tucked into a residential corner, so it's nicely quiet, and the mattresses are very comfortable. Everything was clean, and midway through our one-week stay they kindly replaced the towels and bedding, which isn't that common in holiday apartments. The location is superb, close to the fish market and lots of quality bistros we didn't find in other areas, plus plenty of small artisan shops. Cleanliness, helpful staff, location, value, everything we like. We'd definitely love to come back!

Nere was friendly and helpful as our host. These are comfortable, warm, central family apartments with basic kitchen gear for cooking. They're homely and nice, but definitely not a five-star hotel. I'd visit again.

A lovely place to stay in Venice. It's near both the main train station and the water ferry services, and the major sights are about a 20-minute walk away.

The room was clean and nice :) It was a bit of a challenge to find the place, but that's part of visiting VENICE! :)

I had to cancel my Venice trip for personal reasons. More than a month ahead, I asked through the booking app if the fees could be waived, and still haven't received any reply. I would've understood a no, but leaving a customer without an answer feels like very poor service. Given that customer care, I'm glad I didn't spend my holiday with them.
