The food was a real highlight for us, easily the best we’ve had on a ski trip, and we felt spoiled all week. There’s a huge playroom where the kids can happily stay while you enjoy food and drinks. The hotel has a very family-focused feel, and the staff were friendly, attentive, and genuinely great with children. Our room was split across two levels, with separate areas for the parents and kids. It was clean and quiet, just right for resting after long days on the slopes. We stayed for a week as a family and felt looked after from the moment we arrived. Absolutely top notch, and we’d happily return.

Anna was brilliant at mealtimes, especially with my challenging gluten-free vegetarian diet, and all the waiting staff were great too. Our daughter loved Salvatore. We had an amazing stay, with brilliant service and good food. The new pool and spa are amazing, and there’s a lovely bar and children’s room as well. Such a brilliant family-friendly hotel. We hope we can come back next year.

The spa was easily the best I’ve experienced, and it was included in the price. The food was outstanding, fine dining and a real highlight of our ski trip. The owner lives on site with their family and personally oversees reception, which gives the place a warm, welcoming feel. Everyone was friendly and incredibly helpful. Our room was spacious, very comfortable, and spotlessly clean. The location is excellent for a ski getaway. We’ll definitely return. Without a doubt, the best hotel in Passo Tonale.

The rooms were clean, but very cold. The shower is fixed, so if you want to wash, you have to wash your hair too. That’s a big problem if you have small kids. The spa is only open in the afternoon, and there weren’t any shower towels in the room for using that service. If you’re not Italian, good luck. Two stars from us.
