Albergo Sciatori

We came on a school trip and got squeezed into a tiny room for four. It looked decades older than the other rooms. The food was HORRIBLE, with absolutely TINY portions. One dinner option was grilled cheese, and what we got was a hard, cold slab of moldy cheese, not blue cheese, with mushy broccoli. The walls were so thin we could barely talk at night without whispering or getting in trouble. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!

The place was cozy, with quiet rooms that were more comfortable than I expected. The landlord was exceptionally kind and helpful. It's only a two- to three-minute walk from the ski centre, and the hotel is listed as three stars, though it could be four. Dinner was at 7, a little late for me, but tasty and full of Italian food. I never went to bed hungry.

The only reason I wouldn't give it five stars across the board is that the beds are kind of hard. You do get used to them.

It's a good hotel in a little, quiet town by the ski resort. The ski lift is about a seven-minute walk away, and there's a big ski room with boot heaters. Breakfast was good and dinner was great, with several choices each day for a starter, main and dessert. Don't go by the old reviews. The staff were friendly, and I'll definitely come back. My one complaint is the weak sound insulation, you can hear everything from the neighbouring rooms. Thanks from Latvia!
