The jacuzzi with mountain views was a lovely way to unwind after skiing, and I enjoyed the spa. Just remember that they require a swimming cap, which surprised me since it's a spa rather than a sports pool. It's easy enough to pack one. We were pleasantly surprised by the hotel and felt it deserved more than three stars. It's very clean, and while the rooms are a little dated, they're well maintained. Breakfast and dinner offered plenty of choices. We didn't enjoy every dish, but there was a good range of local food during the week, with a more homemade feel than restaurant-style cooking. I liked that, and we were never hungry. The desserts were amazing, and the hotel bar was pleasant and reasonably priced. Hope we get to return.

Had a great stay with crystal. The ski bus runs when you ask for it, which made this a great hotel to stay at.

For a three-star place, this hotel was surprisingly good. The staff were extremely friendly, and the food was varied and very good, with 7-8 dishes to pick from each day. There's a nice spa with three different saunas and a pleasant spot to relax. An animator was there each day to look after the little kids, and free transport to the ski resort ran during the day. I really recommend it and would love to come back. Special greetings to Luca and Andrea! 😀

The shuttle to and from the ski lifts was the best part, thanks so much for that. Staff were pleasant and helpful, and the rooms were clean and nice. There's a well-stocked bar at reasonable prices. The restaurant food was acceptable and the service was great. The pool and wellness centre are nice too, though you need to bring a swimming cap and towel or pay extra. We'd definitely stay again.
