The property itself is lovely, but our experience was spoiled by an owner we found suspicious and unhelpful. I booked one night for two couples of friends visiting Puglia for the first time for my wedding. The first room's advance payment went through by card. For the second room, apparently there was a card problem and the charge couldn't be made. I asked the owner to help sort it out and offered to come by right away, top up my PostePay, or find another solution. I just asked that my guests not be charged. There was no flexibility at all. Later, when I tried to leave a negative review about the lack of courtesy, the owner verbally attacked me and my wife, who had wanted to talk to him and calm things down. Courtesy, humanity, and willingness to help resolve issues don't seem to be the norm here. Highly not recommended!

Affordable and very clean, but the apartment is tiny, on the lower ground floor, and extremely basic. Fine if all you need is somewhere to sleep.

The staff were rude and impolite. As for the place itself, it was unsanitary, a dump. There are no words for it. I'm giving one star because that's the lowest I can give. No comment.

A small problem came up, but it was sorted out straight away. The location is great, with an excellent restaurant and bar right across the street. Excellent value for money.
