My stay at Uniho Hotel Pavia was a nightmare from beginning to end. The receptionist was shockingly rude and disrespectful, and made me feel as if I didn’t matter. They also took money from me without clearly saying why or showing me any respect. The service felt dishonest and unprofessional, with no hospitality at all. If your money, time, and basic respect matter to you, don’t book here. It was the worst experience I’ve had.

The room was warm, clean, and cozy, and the view was a nice extra. This is a great budget choice, within walking distance of the station, restaurants, and shops, and definitely worth the price. Check-in and checkout were quick and straightforward. I’ve stayed twice now, and the second visit was just as good as the first, beyond what I expected.

After closing time, they don’t answer their phone, and they never refunded the night the way decent hotels do. The receptionist was disrespectful and kept trying to charge extra money for no clear reason. The service was the worst I’ve had at a hotel, if you can even call this place a hotel. Worst hotel in the world!

UniHo was a comfortable, clean hostel, and the reception staff were really helpful and nice. I had a great stay and would definitely recommend it to anyone after a cozy, welcoming place.

The staff are really nice, and the kitchen is available to use. There are some good vending machines too. It’s a low-cost place, though definitely not comfortable.
