I’m writing for my parents, who spent two wonderful weeks here. They were happy and satisfied, and I’ve never seen them so peaceful. My mother keeps asking when they can come back for another lovely holiday with the wonderful staff.
The food was more than excellent, and the staff were highly qualified and excellent too. The rooms are comfortable in every way and nicely finished, and the team is ready to help with any guest need. It’s an oasis. I’d give it 10 stars if I could!
I wouldn’t recommend this place. It’s a terrible experience and far too expensive for the service provided. The rooms are squalid, the food is poor, and the heating is cheap. The staff aren’t specialized, and the healthcare services aren’t up to standard. The property isn’t suitable for elderly people. In short, it feels like a hoax.
Sadly, it’s a nursing home now. Only the building is still there.
