The most frustrating part was that there seemed to be nobody responsible for the property. Someone turned up only on the last day to collect the keys, and replies to questions or complaints came whenever they wanted, sometimes rudely. We had already paid in advance, and that was it. The apartment itself is comfortable and very nice, just steps from the sea. But the room’s air conditioning didn’t work unless we reported it. The induction hob lost power when two burners were on, and it sits above the cutlery drawer without proper insulation, so the drawer got a little hot. Internet was unreliable, and receiving or forwarding calls was difficult.

Before we booked, the apartment had been described to us very accurately. It’s practically new, spacious, well equipped, and only steps from the sea. The woman I spoke with was exceptionally flexible and available, especially because my family has special needs. I felt I was dealing with someone very serious and reliable. The management was also kind and punctual, which I really appreciated. I highly recommend it.

I don’t think this apartment is well suited to families with children, even though it has been recently renovated. The air conditioning is noisy at night, and the hot water supply is in the B&B’s open-plan area next to the bedrooms. There’s no mobile signal or Wi-Fi in the rooms, and the stove can only run two burners at once. These details aren’t listed on the specific website. Management also showed little willingness to find a solution.

The apartment is new and has every comfort, with the beach just a few steps away. There’s no internet signal, though, and the windows don’t have shutters.

I’ll come back. The apartment is new and nicely furnished.
