The restaurant manager, the elegant lady with glasses 😎, was lovely and kept checking that everyone was enjoying dinner. Some of the meals were amazing. The hotel is very close to the gondola and ski lift. Our room was clean, roomy, and comfortable, though it was a little cold for the first two days. Asking for another electronic key sorted that out. The walls are thin, though, and we could hear voices and the bed creaking next door.

The gondola is just steps away, and having everything we needed in the hotel made the ski trip easy. We stayed as a family of five with three kids, who can be hard to please, and all of us had a great time. The rooms were spacious, spotless, well organized, and set up for a comfortable family stay. Staff were friendly and ready to help from the moment we arrived. We also appreciated how tasty the food was and the care they took with dietary preferences. A very enjoyable ski holiday for families, including those with picky little ones.

The staff were so pleasant and accommodating, and the food was both delicious and varied. The hotel is close to the slopes, just a short walk from the nearest lift. I’d happily come back.

Salomea and Siren were especially kind, courteous, and helpful during my winter break at Cristallo Hotel in Pejo. Syrena also ran things really well as manager, with great organization and professionalism. The staff made the stay stand out. The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable, and the restaurant had delicious food and drinks. It’s a great mountain place to relax, with a lovely atmosphere and excellent service. The chef is a great guy. His cooking is only just ahead of his sense of humor. Saluti da Milik. Warm wishes to all the staff!
