Orianna really knows the area, from hiking and via ferratas to which lifts will get you where you want to go. We had a lovely room with comfortable beds, a balcony with great views, and everything was very clean. The five-course dinners were excellent, and breakfast was great too. Set in a beautiful area, this is a beautiful hotel. We’ll be back, and highly recommend it.

The common areas felt a bit neglected, and the price didn’t feel justified for what we got. The location is pleasant and there’s a wellness area. Our double room was clean, but despite being in a non-smoking area, it had a noticeable smell of smoke. We stayed one night.

The hosts were warm, attentive, and ready to help with everything we needed. Dinner and breakfast were excellent, and the place has a charming feel with lovely attention to detail. I’d recommend it for families.

The hikes led by Julio (from the hotel) were wonderful. He’s experienced, friendly, and has a great sense of humor. We spent six days hiking in the snow, then relaxed in the hotel sauna at the end of each hiking day. Such a cozy family hotel, and incredibly hospitable. Thanks as well to (co-owner) Oriana for taking such good care of us. Agaath, Agnes, Henk, and Mariëlle.
