We had a lovely, relaxing stay in this cottage. The views are beautiful, it’s near town, and the hosts are gracious. It felt like a home away from home, and I’d definitely return.

I booked based on the price shown online, but it went up before the booking was confirmed, so we declined. That didn’t feel serious. It’s a shame because the location is good, but I won’t try booking with them again.

The pool is small, but well kept, like the rest of the property, and shared only by guests from the two holiday apartments. Everything is in a very peaceful, classic Tuscan setting. Montespertoli, with a well-stocked supermarket and a Tuesday weekly market, is about a 10-minute drive away. We would have loved to have a bicycle. Our holiday home was tastefully decorated and nicely equipped. The main drawback was the mosquitoes, which were around even in the daytime, and there are no window screens.

We were greeted warmly by the owners, and the apartments have excellent facilities, even more than similar places we’ve stayed. The rooms are spacious and cool, and the pool is clean and well maintained, with a spectacular view. A lovely spot for a relaxing holiday in the Tuscan hills. Recommended.
