Casa Allorello

Such a perfect place to stay.

At Casa Allorello, Uve and Jenny welcomed us so warmly and made our stay feel like home. Their down-to-earth way of doing things made it a unique visit. The rooms were spotless, with every comfort taken care of, and they welcomed my little dogs with so much love. We couldn’t have asked for better. And the breakfasts were huge: coffee, cappuccino, homemade cakes, brioche, fruit, jam, eggs, cold cuts, and more. Thanks again, guys, for making us feel so welcome. Hosts like you are hard to find. I’ll always remember Cilento fondly and hope to visit again. I highly recommend staying at Casa Allorello, it’s worth it. Hugs from Sabry, Salvo, Maca, and Bravo, bravo.

The terrace at Casa Allorello is stunning, with views right out to Capri and Ischia. The rooms are new, comfortable, and have wifi. Uwe and Jennifer Schneider were friendly, genuine, and down-to-earth, the kind of people who are hard to find these days. We spent two weeks there with my best friend, hoping to relax and switch off from work. We wanted to go to the beach without dealing with the Riviera heat. Santa Maria di Castellabate is a 15-minute drive away, and Acciaroli takes 40 minutes. The roads aren’t great, though it seems hard to find better ones in Italy these days. The drive is worth it. The value is excellent, and breakfast was so filling (maybe too filling?) that we weren’t hungry until dinner. A note for anyone looking for a five-star B&B with shops, Carrara marble, and red carpets: this isn’t that sort of place. It’s ideal if you want relaxation, nature, people, the sea, and hills. The views and animals make it especially easy to fall in love with. We’ll be back soon!
