We stayed there in February and had no problems, then booked and paid seven months ahead for September. When we arrived, we were put in a basement room that smelled musty and had no windows. The closets were packed with the owner's belongings, the room door couldn't be locked, and an iron and ironing board were left out in plain sight. It wasn't very clean either, and the bathroom was especially bad. The owner had known about the situation for SEVEN MONTHS and gave us excuses that made no sense. He did say he was sorry for putting us in that room. I strongly advise against staying here.

Our reservation had apparently disappeared, although we'd paid two months in advance, and the property wasn't clean. We were put up for a few nights in nearby places that were run-down. A terrible experience, definitely not recommended.

Pets are welcome, and it's a lovely, peaceful place.

Yes, it's a B&B, but it's full.
