Bright, spacious, modern, and clean, this was the best apartment I've stayed in abroad, with all the amenities. The bus station is a three-minute walk away, and the minimetro stop is just as close. Three stops took us straight to the heart of the old city. We had everything nearby within a 3-4 minute walk, including a supermarket, Coope liquor store, makelaria, trattoria, and pizzeria options. Gloria was so helpful and always ready to assist us. Parking was a big plus too. We could park in front of and under the apartment for free on weekends and holidays, and every day from 19:30 to 09:00. At other hours it was only 1.80€. Thanks so much, Gloria. We'll see you again!

Mr. Filippo made our stay much richer by sharing plenty of helpful information about getting around, places to see, and where to eat. The apartment was comfortable and welcoming, with everything we needed, and the staff were kind and happy to help with any request. Highly recommend!

A great place to stay in Perugia. The apartment is about five minutes from the historic center, with the train station, a supermarket, and a pharmacy nearby.
