Booking was easy, and the place is in a great spot in Perugia, close to everything. Barbara is a good host and easy to contact directly.

It’s clean and well organized, and you can reach the heart of Perugia in five minutes even though the house isn’t right in the center. The place has lots of character, with exposed wooden beams and even a medieval toilet, which was a surprise. The one small drawback, if you can call it that, is that the bathroom lights aren’t bright enough.

The location is excellent, and the lady was very kind and helpful. It’s a welcoming house, though not suitable for guests with disabilities. A few things need attention: there was dust and there were cobwebs, and the bathroom could be cleaner. Some kitchen items could use replacing too. The coffee makers without handles are dangerous.

Barbara’s kindness and the strategic spot make this an ideal place to stay for all sorts of visits. It’s an excellent home right in Perugia’s historic center.
