Hotel Morlacchi

We spent several nights here in March while visiting our daughter, who was studying in Perugia for the semester. The hotel’s family were helpful both as we planned the trip and during our stay. We enjoyed chatting with Michele over breakfast. The location is fantastic, and we can’t wait to return, hopefully soon.

The rooms are bigger than in some higher-star hotels, and there was even a small bin in the room as well as one in the bathroom. That’s the kind of thoughtful touch I appreciated. The only flaws were keys that didn’t work quite right. The shower kept water contained, so using it didn’t leave a river on the floor.

I stayed five nights at Hotel Morlacchi and thoroughly enjoyed it. The central location is terrific, but the street is on the quiet side. Michele and his family were wonderful hosts, and he speaks perfect English. My room was clean and comfortable, and breakfast was excellent. I hope I can return soon!

The family running the hotel made us feel welcome from the very first moment, which matters so much. It’s right in the town center, yet on a quiet street. Our room was comfortable and full of charm in an old building. I’d book again anytime. Grazie mille, Irina&David.
