Luca and Stefano made us feel like family. We came to Perugia for the chocolate festival and wanted to avoid a tourist trap, but I never expected to feel this looked after. We don't speak Italian and might have been lost, hungry, and lonely each day, yet the staff treated us like royalty and cared so much about our well-being. They kept our rooms immaculate even while we were still adjusting to the local schedule, made time to prepare breakfast and clean, gave us directions, and even called Vodafone representatives to try to sort out the communication packages we’d just bought. I can’t fit everything they did for us in one review. It felt as if my dad had called from the USA and asked these two superheroes to take good care of us. BRAVO! Perugia's best-kept secret. I know more business means more work, but we love you, and we couldn’t have enjoyed our stay without your help.

The building has an old feel, and you can hear sounds traveling from one room to another. The staff were nice and friendly. Breakfast was limited to cheese, prosciutto, jam, butter, and bakery items like croissants and pie, with tea, coffee, and milk provided.
