Lunch was poor too, with bad products and sausage cooked over charcoal, and they served tap water in a jug. Breakfast was just as disappointing: one lousy croissant and a piece of Nutella, with no choice. Wouldn't recommend it.

You really need a car here, since the area isn't convenient without one. With a car, though, it's a handy base, around 15-20 minutes from Perugia, Assisi, and more. There's a supermarket and a pizzeria/restaurant with a pool each about 100 meters away, plus a pharmacy 500 meters away. We stayed three nights and had a lovely time. The staff were cheerful and very friendly, and breakfast was generous. They can provide a lactose-free dessert if you ask in advance. The room was simply furnished but pleasant and very clean. I have allergies and asthma, and was fine every night. Highly recommended.

The one drawback for our school trip was the location. It's a bit far from the center of Perugia, so we couldn't go out in the evening. That would be different with a car. The staff made the stay a very positive experience. The waitresses were courteous and helpful at every meal, always greeting us with real smiles and making sure we were looked after. The receptionist welcomed us warmly, answered all our questions patiently, and helped with requests. Mohamed was especially kind and friendly too, and everyone appreciated how much he cared about making our stay comfortable. The hotel has reasonably large rooms and bathrooms that were regularly sanitized. Service was good, and the atmosphere felt welcoming.

A fabulous girl greeted us at reception, and the room was spotless, with a perfect bathroom and an incredibly comfortable bed. Breakfast was delicious too. I visit Umbria often, so this will be my place whenever I come back. Such a beautiful spot, congratulations 👍 Francesca, Fabio, and Jacopo
