The house had everything we needed and was comfortable, with onsite parking and a hospitable, helpful owner. We were about ten minutes from Perugia, thirty minutes from Assisi, and thirty-five from Gubbio, yet away from the bustle. Nothing was missing.

The hospitality was top-notch, and the apartment looks like an architect designed it. It's a comfortable base for visiting Umbria at a very reasonable price. We'll definitely be back.

The homeowners live there and were very friendly and helpful. The apartment near Perugia is beautiful and fully equipped, with an outdoor swimming pool measuring 9x4 m. The price-quality ratio is good too!

We had a wonderful time at this B&B over the Immaculate Conception long weekend. The home was comfortable and very spacious, and the host made us feel welcome and helped us out. It's also well placed for visiting Perugia, Gubbio, and Assisi. Highly recommended!

Every comfort was provided, and the hospitality and apartment were top-notch. It's an ideal base for exploring Umbria. We'll definitely return.
