Primavera hotel made my solo trip to Perugia such a pleasant stay. The owners were incredibly hospitable: I arrived late and they waited to make sure I could get into my room, and when I needed a couple extra hours after checkout for an important meeting, the owner simply said, “no problem.” The hotel is right in the heart of the historic town, with everything walkable. If you're driving, there's a large parking area down the hill by the outdoor escalator. I stayed for a few days in mid February. My room was on the small side, but fine for one person, and I believe they have larger rooms for people traveling together. It was clean and looked after daily, with WiFi, a smart TV, kettle and assorted tea, coffee machine and capsules, bottled water in a mini fridge, plus a croissant with jam and butter for breakfast. All of it was free. Everything worked out perfectly, a 10 out of 10 experience. Thanks to Primavera hotel!

Chiarra made my two nights here especially memorable. She was kind and welcoming, left snacks and water in my room, and gave me a map and recommendations. She was always around if I needed help. The rooms were clean, comfortable and lovely, and the location was perfect. I couldn't recommend it more. Thank you, Chiarra, I'll remember your kindness :)

The room was cute, clean, and had everything I needed, with the historic center nearby. I spent two nights at Primavera Mini Hotel and had a really nice experience. Chiara, the owner, was welcoming, pleasant, and very kind. I'd recommend it.

This family run place was lovely. They left tea and snacks in the room at no charge, which we really appreciated on a cold winter day. Downtown is just around the corner, and Perugia is well worth visiting. Parking is possible, though the streets are very narrow, as you'd expect in Italian towns.

I still think about this place and its owners, and we plan to return to Primavera Mini Hotel next year for at least two weeks. Of the month we spent in Italy, our five days here were the best accommodation of the trip. We were two adults and a teenager, and our sister-in-law had her own room on the top floor with a beautiful balcony. The people were the nicest, the accommodations were great, and so were breakfast and the deal. It's been 10 months since we stayed. I thought I'd reviewed it, but that may have been on Expedia.
