Great value, a handy location, and really good service. Everything worked well for me.

The covered parking on the property was handy. It may look a little far from central Perugia, but it’s close to the highway and motorway junction, which made it easy to explore the region. Recommended.

The rooms are lovely, and the bathroom and kitchen-living area are attractive and well equipped. The pool water, though, was very dirty and had a bad smell.

Miriam was especially kind, and handled everything from greeting us to looking after the property and the little farm outside the fence. Our flight problems meant we arrived at midnight, but they still welcomed us and put together a makeshift dinner with eggs, basil sauce, oil, milk, croissants, and more. Thank you again. The apartment was spotless and well placed for seeing Umbria, with the ring road just around the corner and plenty of supermarkets nearby. It was newly renovated and had every comfort, including a fully equipped kitchen and lots of towels and soaps. The olive oil shower gel was a lovely treat. After outings in the August heat, having the pool was a godsend. It was kept immaculate and clean. I can’t recommend this place enough, and I’ll definitely come back.
