The location was the only positive. Soon after checking in, we found a lot of dust in the rooms and beneath the beds, despite paying a cleaning fee. There was mold around the shower handles and on the shower floor. Once we raised it, the host sent someone to clean it properly, but the problems continued. A few days into our stay, we started seeing tiny bugs wriggling through the apartment, especially at night in the bedrooms and bathrooms. They seemed to come out in the dark and scatter when the lights came on. The host, Manuel, gave us bug spray but said it was our fault for leaving food out. That felt like a cover story: we were hardly there, only had coffee, and certainly didn’t eat in the bathroom. The spray only worked temporarily, and the bugs returned days later. I wasn’t comfortable eating or sleeping there, but because I booked directly, I couldn’t cancel or get a refund. We declined cleaning because the problem wasn’t going away, even after using the spray and cleaning the apartment as if it were our own. Manuel was helpful, but this place needs a deep clean. I stayed in March 2024 and can’t imagine what it’s like in summer.

Manuel was kind and always easy to reach. The apartment was bright, quiet, and roomy, with everything we needed. The towel service was amazing, and the kitchen was very well equipped. The location was excellent too. We only had to rent a car once. I’m giving four stars because there’s always room to improve, but we’ll definitely return and recommend it to anyone after a completely relaxing holiday.

We were seven people, and there was plenty of room for all of us in this comfortable B&B. The staff welcomed us warmly and professionally right away, so we felt at ease from the moment we arrived. The location made it easy to explore nearby and visit the main sights. Inside, everything was bright, spacious, and carefully looked after. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and well equipped, and the shared spaces were arranged so we could spend time together without feeling cramped. A very good stay that we’d recommend without hesitation to anyone looking for a comfortable, welcoming place.

The staff were wonderful, always available and happy to suggest good restaurants, local sights, and nearby trips where we could discover hidden corners of Abruzzo. The B&B was a lovely place to stay on the Pescara coast, with welcoming, clean, carefully maintained rooms furnished to feel homey. Its location is perfect, just steps from the beach, with a spectacular view and the sea always close by. We had an unforgettable stay. If you want to relax and enjoy the Adriatic coast with all the comforts, this is a peaceful holiday spot I’d recommend.
