B&B Rose Villa

The one thing this place has going for it is how close it is to the city center. I booked a couple of days after reading the good reviews, but I didn't feel comfortable there at all. Breakfast was poor and repetitive, with very little fruit. Toast was left for the next day with clothespins on it, which felt shameful for what we paid. My chargers were unplugged from the outlets whenever I came back to my room. On the first day I got one shower sachet, and only received more after asking several times on later days. There wasn't any soap. I've stayed in plenty of places and never had this kind of experience. The elderly manager seemed very absent-minded, and I don't think she can run a B&B like this anymore. Don't trust the positive reviews. This place wasn't like that for me.

The rooms were spacious, tastefully furnished, and, above all, clean. Breakfast was delicious and included homemade products. Rosaria also gave me all the information I needed to explore Peschici and the surrounding area. An acquaintance recommended this B&B, and it turned out to be a great choice. I had a really positive experience.

Rosaria was so kind and made us feel at home, with plenty of suggestions for places to eat, beaches to see, and excursions. The town center in Peschici is very close, too. The rooms were spotless and breakfast was fantastic, with a wide choice of products. If we come back to Peschici, we'll definitely stay with Rosaria again.

Breakfast was generous, with lots of variety, and Rosaria was always available with useful suggestions for our time in Peschici. The property is new, beautiful, and clean, just a few steps from the center. It's in a quiet spot and parking is relatively easy. The rooms have everything you need, including a fridge with a freezer and a clothesline on the windowsill.
