Residence Olimpia

I wish I could spend every summer here. Matteo and Mariagrazia keep everything running smoothly, and the welcome is warm and cozy. The resort, rooms, and surrounding landscape are all kept nice and clean. With love, Filiberto Magnati and Family.

The shared spaces are a big part of what makes Residence Olimpia special. The common areas are carefully kept, and guests can eat in the garden at wooden tables or use the evening grill and spend time with friends and other guests. There’s also a pool with a sunbathing area, ping pong, a play area, a party area, a small gym, shared parking, a soccer field, and a bar that can bring warm croissants and bread to your apartment. The apartments come in different sizes and locations, and are simple, clean, comfortable, and equipped with what you need. The beach is only a short walk away, making it easy to enjoy a relaxed seaside holiday. What brings us back, though, is the atmosphere. The Tavaglione family put so much care, skill, and commitment into welcoming people and building good relationships. Prices are fair and competitive, too. Highly recommend it.

The beach is about a 5-minute walk away and is one of the prettiest in the area. We first came to Manaccora Bay when our daughter was 3, and now she’s 16. Residence Olimpia feels like a second home, and returning is always a pleasure. We originally booked in 2012 after reading good reviews, and have come back twice since, for different reasons each time. Matteo and Maria Grazia, now helped by their sons Raffaele and Giuseppe, keep the place immaculate and make it a relaxing, welcoming stay. The breakfast croissant service is great, and they’re always ready with suggestions for dinner spots or places to shop. Matteo also lights the grill every evening and offers all sorts of food to guests. We’ve recommended the residence to lots of friends, and they’ve loved the area too. There are apartments of different sizes, a lovely pool, a gym, soccer and volleyball courts, and a children’s play area among the greenery. We can’t recommend a stay enough. Thanks to the whole Tavaglione family. We’ll be back!

Matteo’s grill service made dinner feel like a restaurant every evening, and the morning croissants were a lovely touch. Maria Grazia can also help arrange excursions. We’ve just had two unforgettable weeks here, and the owners, Maria Grazia, Matteo, Giuseppe, and Raffaele made them even better with their kindness, friendliness, and willingness to help. The houses are roomy, comfortable, well equipped, and meticulously clean, as are the garden, barbecue area, bar, and pool. The beach is beautiful and only a convenient 5-minute walk away. We’re already looking forward to coming back next year. 😊
