We had a fabulous stay!

We’d stayed here two years ago in a truly elegant apartment that matched the website description. This time, Apartment No. 6 was a big disappointment. It was dark throughout, the rooms felt run-down, and the furnishings were cheap. There was also a musty smell from the air conditioning unit. A trash can stood in the hallway just outside, which reeked of garbage. Daily room service was provided at the hotel, but the apartment was serviced only every other day. “Pay more, get less...” seems to be the motto of Enjoy Garda Hotels!? The apartment is in a courtyard about a five-minute walk from the hotel, unlike some apartments directly across from it, so keep that in mind. The service at the hotel has also declined a lot since our previous visits. We won’t book here again. €100 per day might be reasonable, but €250 per day for this apartment is completely unreasonable. The value for money is unacceptable, and calling this run-down place elegant is a joke. What a shame!

The hotel is spotless and comfortable, and the staff are attentive to cleanliness. It’s a short walk from the center of Peschiera del Garda and a few minutes by car from Gardaland. There’s a large car park, underground parking for professional and non-professional bicycle rentals, a swimming pool, and an outdoor garden for breakfast and dinner. Nicola, the manager, Cristina, the housekeeper, and Riccardo, the chef, were especially efficient, friendly, and ready to help with any need. The hotel is clean and welcoming, and the staff’s care in this post-coronavirus period deserves a mention. For the location and the value for money, I urge anyone reading to come as soon as possible. Have a great holiday, and visit Peschiera del Garda. It really is a place where you can find the relaxation you deserve!

The terrace was splendid, and we appreciated how helpful and kind our hosts were, along with the amenities they provided. My husband and I stayed in one of the Hatelier Garda Home apartments from April 19th to 27th. It was in a beautiful, quiet area, convenient for the city center and close to all the main amenities. We loved its design and cleanliness. It lacked nothing and felt warm and comfortable to come back to. Thank you for everything.
