We were after some quiet, and this place was just right. The mountain road up is quite an adventure, and at night you might even come across the local donkey wandering along it. In early June, there were fireflies everywhere, which was a spectacular sight. The grounds are beautifully landscaped, with a lovely big pool that’s kept in good shape and a breathtaking valley view. The furnishings are rustic and practical. The dishes and cutlery could use some improvement, though. Sabrina was very friendly, and her service made a lovely impression. We’d happily recommend this holiday home as a hidden gem.
