Casa Sarlo Residence & Suites

We asked for a crib for our baby, and it was arranged promptly. Our apartment at Casa Sarlo had a terrace with a beautiful view of the Alburni Mountains, plus a sofa. The four of us stayed for about 10 days in August, using the comfortable double bed and sofa bed. Everything was spotless, and the renovated apartment had a spacious bathroom with a large shower and a smart TV. The kitchen was well supplied, with dishes, pots and pans, and a coffee machine with pods always available. There was also a hairdryer and everything needed for light cleaning, including a broom and toilet paper. Luigi was kind and readily available. It’s a charming little village, a good base for visiting Cilento or the nearby Amalfi Coast, about an hour away by car, or simply enjoying the clean mountain air around Petina.

The lawned garden looking out over the village made the property feel like a little haven. Casa Sarlo is an old stone home at the entrance to the surreal village of Petina, tucked among the Alburni mountains. The furnishings are exquisite, and the staff were excellent. Staying there took me away from everyday life, and I’d be very happy to return in another season to enjoy the different colors of the surrounding nature.

The apartment at Casa Sarli made me feel right at home during a weekend in Petina, which is always a thrill to return to. Grazia welcomed me warmly and was helpful throughout. The location was excellent, and the place was convenient, comfortable, clean, welcoming, and well made. Congratulations 💯🔝

Peace and serenity are what make this charming house special. It was very clean, and the hospitality and kindness were excellent. We’re a family with two-year-and-a-half-old twins, and we highly recommend staying here. Our sincere thanks to Maria Grazia.
