Hotel Amadeus

We had a medical emergency a few weeks before the trip and contacted the hotel straight away to ask about a refund, credit, or even partial accommodation. They refused any help and handled it very badly. The staff were dismissive and rude throughout, with no empathy for a legitimate medical situation. That kind of customer service says a lot about how little they value guests. I’d strongly suggest thinking twice before booking here.

Our room at the Amadeus Hotel was spacious and clean, and the staff were helpful. Special thanks to Shohag at the reception. We spent three nights in Rome, and the hotel's convenient spot near Termini Station made a great base for exploring the city.

The room was very neat and clean, and the view of Santa Maria Maggiore from it was so pleasing to the eye that I can’t put it into words. Maybe the best 3 star hotel in rome city.

I booked through booking.com, but my dog became seriously ill and needed surgery before the trip, so we couldn’t travel. I asked the hotel several times to make an exception, either by refunding me or moving the date, and they rejected it every time. Their customer service was appalling, and it proves what kind of people they are.
