For the price, it was more than worth it. Fabio was really helpful, and the room was clean and well equipped. This isn't an expensive five-star hotel, but it was perfect for what we paid. The location is nice, away from the center's hustle and bustle but still an easy walk. We walked everywhere, and there was something to see around every corner. There are some lovely restaurants and cafes right nearby.

I've stayed here several times and have never been disappointed. It's good for couples or groups, and the hotel is really clean, with rooms cleaned daily. The staff are friendly and helpful. There are very nice wineries and restaurants in the area. Porta Pia is a two-minute walk away, and the heart of the city is about 15 minutes on foot.

Fabio, the owner, is kind and very helpful. The room is comfortable, though I'd suggest asking for one with its own bathroom. The location is convenient, within walking distance of the center, about 30 minutes from di spagna, di trevi, and similar sights.

The owner was very welcoming and showed us everything before discussing money matters like the city tax. Breakfast starts at 8:30 am. It was okay.

A pleasant B&B. Breakfast came as coupons for a nearby coffee shop.
