Salotto Santa Franca

My clients appreciated being able to use the laundry room, which is a useful service that other places don't always offer. I've recommended this elegant, modern property to several clients visiting the city for a few days. It's right in the center, with convenient parking nearby, plus an elevator and concierge service in the building. The recently renovated rooms are carefully maintained and spotlessly clean. They also come with great amenities, including a large TV, minibar, and a welcome set of pastries, coffee pods, water, and biscuits. Everything was perfect, I highly recommend it.

The laundry room is a rare and welcome feature here. This elegant property works well for short stays, with a central location and parking available. The building has an elevator and concierge. The recent renovation shows in the rooms, which are kept with meticulous attention to detail and are almost obsessively clean. Each has a large TV, minibar, and a complimentary kit with brioches, coffee pods, water, and biscuits. Everything was perfect, and I highly recommend it.

The owner made everything very easy to arrange. The apartment is in a quiet neighborhood near the center and good restaurants. It has been renovated very well, and the bed was really comfortable. The room also has its own toilet and shower.

Maria Luigia was so kind and helpful, and even offered us breakfast although it wasn't part of the room rate. We had pastries, yogurt, juice, milk, and coffee. I was there for only one night, but it was a fantastic stay. The room was clean and carefully maintained, and the center was just a 10-minute walk away.
