Casa Vacanze Il Torchio

Our experience was awful. We had booked by phone and WhatsApp, but when the six of us arrived, the owner said she was expecting a different group. After we objected, she found us a place at another property. That's no way to handle a booking. The organization was terrible. Avoid it.

We had a really nice stay in this lovely little house. It's warm and beautiful, right in the center, and the price was very affordable. We had no issues with the owners.

There wasn't even a fan in the three rooms, two of them in the attic, despite the awful heat. We arrived today and had to haul our suitcases uphill from the parking area, so we were worn out before we got in. It was dirty, there was no bath mat, no shower gel, soap, or personal care kit, and the bathroom sockets downstairs were coming out of the wall, which is dangerous. There was just a dishcloth or paper towel. A blond boy was the only person in the whole place, and the owner's priority for the six of us was getting paid on the first day. Strangely, the ATM didn't work, and neither did the Wi-Fi. Save your money and stay somewhere else.

The owner was rude and didn't respond to requests, and basic toiletries were missing. There was no air conditioner, and when we asked for a fan to make up for it, there wasn't one. We also found no Wi-Fi, TV, bathroom bins, or bathmats. The bathroom had no window and felt claustrophobic. Some doors were too low, with dangerous steps, and one doorknob came off in your hand.
