Free parking was handy, and the hotel is very close to town, where we went for dinner. We only stayed one night, but the room had a luxurious feel, the bathroom was great, and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was my one complaint. They didn't replenish the prosciutto, so we were left with a croissant and juice. It's a very light breakfast, which is fine if you're heading out for a hike.

There was no one at reception when we checked out, so we left and paid by bank transfer that evening. We also left cold and disappointed after New Year's Eve dinner. The room felt sad, with no music, countdown, or good wishes. It was -10°C outside, but the dining area was so cold that all five of us went back to our rooms to add sweaters and pants, then kept our jackets and coats on all evening. We reported the temperature, but nothing changed. Earlier, five young people arrived in the spa relaxation area talking and laughing loudly, disturbing those of us looking for quiet. The stay fell short of what we expected from a hotel of this level.

Best regards, and thanks for replying. I think you've mistaken us for the couple beside us. We were at the other table and stayed inside the restaurant the whole time. I never asked for anything regarding a jacket. Also, my sunglasses were Ray-Ban.

Spectacular views, and the place was peaceful and relaxing without crowds. I celebrated my birthday over lunch, and the dishes were both generous and delicious. The pasta was homemade and the produce came from locally. I'd highly recommend it.
