The food at the hotel restaurant was excellent and reasonably priced, and the location made getting around easy. The bus stop is two blocks away, with a 10-minute ride into central Sorrento; buses to the different towns along the Amalfi Coast leave from there too. We had a wonderful five-night stay at Il Palmento Relais. Emilia, the owner, was warm, kind, and attentive from the moment we arrived. Our room was spacious, bright, beautifully decorated, recently renovated, and very well cared for. Check-in and checkout were simple. We arrived later than the usual check-in time and got in easily with the convenient self-check-in code. We recommend the place completely and would happily return.

Emilia's service was a real highlight. She was friendly, quick to respond, attentive, and very helpful throughout our stay. The rest of the staff were great too, and breakfast was delicious. We especially appreciated that the cook made us a vegetarian option. The place was spotless and just a short walk from town, around 20 minutes. The bus ride downtown takes about 5-10 minutes, and it's conveniently close to everything you might need.

Emilia was so welcoming and helpful, with customer service beyond what we expected. She was attentive, friendly, and always responsive. The staff were fantastic, and breakfast was delicious. The place was very clean and close to town, about a 20-minute walk or a 5-10-minute bus ride. It's convenient for getting to everything you need.

There's a market nearby with good opening hours, and the place is close to transit. It also has a restaurant built into the hotel/apartments. The accommodation itself was clean and comfortable, with friendly staff. Emilia was especially kind and helpful. She gave us a detailed area map and marked the transit stops, and replied quickly on WhatsApp and booking.com.

We booked several rooms for our family and really enjoyed our stay. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and some had lovely terraces. Emilia and Maria were warm and welcoming. My son loved being there and didn't want to leave.
