Breakfast was the highlight, especially the French toast and cappuccino. The place feels unique, set in a peaceful rural part of Italy with the Alps all around. So good.

We woke up to a beautiful courtyard, and the beds were comfortable in clean rooms. My partner and I had a fantastic stay, with a wonderful breakfast and friendly owners. They mostly speak Italian, though they know some English. We definitely plan to come back.

We were too frightened and uncomfortable to stay overnight, so we left, slept somewhere else, and brought the key back in the morning. The place felt abandoned and isolated, with a railway line crossing nearby. We worried it would be hard to get help or escape if something went wrong. The owner's collection of old things was interesting, though, and the coffee was good.

A quiet, peaceful stay, and a good spot near Colico.

The delicious breakfast included local jam, homemade pistachio cake, and a great cappuccino, all at a good price. The couple running this fantastic B&B were very welcoming, and they offer free bicycles for exploring the area. It's a peaceful countryside retreat with an old Italian feel. The building dates to 1740 and is tastefully decorated. Highly recommended!
