Hotel Rutiliano Centro Benessere

Breakfast was one of the best I've experienced, and the hotel is quiet, with all the facilities you could need and good rooms. The staff were very helpful. It's a 10-minute walk to the old town, and there's a car charging point if you need one. The only downside was patchy WiFi in my room, so I ended up leaving the door open.

The owner and his family take wonderful care of the property. Everything was meticulous and clean, and it smelled amazing. The owner was friendly and welcoming, and the room was gorgeous. I stayed three nights, and there was something a little different at breakfast every morning. It was fantastic. I also loved sitting by the pool on a hot day. This was my favorite hotel on my Italy trip.

Luca welcomed us like family as soon as we walked in. He offered to carry our bags, which we didn't need since we were traveling light, and showed us around the property. The place is amazing, and I'd move in if I could stay longer! There's a cute little pool next to the restaurant and bar, nice for catching some sun before heading out. You're really close to everything, about an 8 minute walk from the farthest part of the city. I've stayed at least 100 hotels in Italy, and this is absolutely my favorite. I can't speak highly enough of it.

The breakfast buffet was fresh and tasty, with outstanding coffee, and the owner and his wife provided a high standard of service. The pool area was fine and fairly private. We stayed for two nights during our bike tour in Toscana. It's a neat, cozy, very clean hotel with nice family rooms, comfortable beds, and efficient air conditioning that was a bit loud. We'd definitely recommend it, just a few minutes' walk from lovely central Pienza.
