Caterina was so kind and helpful, starting with showing us where to park and sharing lots of useful tips. My partner and I spent three nights at B&B La Vite, right in the center of Pienza. Our room was more like a mini-apartment, with an entrance hall, a little living room and balcony, a bedroom, and a bathroom. It was all clean and well cared for. Breakfast was included at Bar Posta, just a few meters away. We also had dinner one evening at Caterina's grill restaurant, "Al Fierale." The food was very good, and we had a lovely evening. B&B La Vite guests get a 10% discount. Highly recommended.

There's a tea and biscuit corner by the entrance, and breakfast comes with a voucher for La Posta bar across from the cathedral. The B&B is above Il Fierale restaurant, run by the same owners, and there's a special dinner deal. Its position right by the edge of the restricted traffic zone (ZTL) is handy for exploring the village on foot and carrying luggage, with parking nearby. We arrived earlier than expected, but they let us into the room even while busy with restaurant service, which we appreciated. The room was a good size. It had no air conditioning, which was understandable in a historic building. There's also no elevator, though we managed the stairs with our bags. Highly recommended as a base for Pienza and the surrounding area.

Caterina really made the stay for me. She was warm, welcoming, and professional, with great advice on places to see, how to get there, and where to park. My partner and I stayed three days between March and April, after wanting to visit Pienza and the surrounding area for a while. The B&B is right at the entrance to the historic center, so you step outside and you're immediately in the heart of the village. Our room, "Chianti," was lovely and cozy, nicely furnished, with a TV, refrigerator, and a very comfortable bed. Breakfast was excellent and plentiful. Caterina also brought a MOKA pot, which I especially liked because it gave things a family feel and made us feel at home. We had dinner next door at "Il Fierale," the grill Caterina and her father own. The crostoni and Cinta Senese were delicious, and guests get a 10% discount. Congratulations on everything. Maurizio and I highly recommend the property, and Caterina is definitely its special touch. Thank you, Maurizio and Francesca.

We had a spacious room that was clean and well equipped, and breakfast suited us perfectly. My wife and I were welcomed by Caterina, whose manner was simple, warm, and friendly. The place itself is delightful and right in the center of Pienza. You can have lunch or dinner at the grill next door, where the meat is excellent.
